With hands-on experience in multi-media storytelling, I am dedicated to producing compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. My academic experience has fostered strong analytical and research skills, and I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills in collaborative environments that promote equity and empathy within diverse populations. In my spare time, I am researching native plants, learning about sustainable living, and reading any fiction with an interesting magic system!

After beginning college without a declared major, I fell in love with My Introduction to Media Production class because of the variety of historical knowledge and hands-on software experience it provided. I soon declared a major in Media Production, and decided to double major the next year after taking a Cultural Anthropology course that opened my eyes to the ways in which all media is simultaneously a product and producer of society, culture, and lived human experiences. This combination of knowledge prepared me for work that requires critical thinking and analysis, but also creativity, software skills, and equipment experience.

Research Across Disciplines Conference
I presented my thesis on the role of neoliberal capitalism in the common narratives surrounding acts of illegal environmental activism. This paper draws on the theoretical framework of decolonial anthropology to question how land rights play into the description of "ecoterrorism."
